What You'll Do

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, challenged, and excited to learn each day.

You'll:

• Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Foster a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, developmentally appropriate experiences.
• Implement our nationally recognized L.E.A.P. Curriculum® , tailoring instruction to meet each child's individual needs.
• Support children's academic, social, and emotional development through purposeful play and meaningful interactions.
• Build strong partnerships with families by celebrating milestones and maintaining open, consistent communication through conversations and our family engagement app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to create an outstanding educational experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom that promotes exploration, creativity, and confidence.
• Help cultivate a center culture where children, families, and teachers all feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of professional teaching experience in an early childhood setting (six months required)
• Associate Degree encouraged to apply only if currently enrolled in ECE Bachelor's Degree program
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements and willing to undergo Comprehensive Background Check
