Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in South Carolina required
• Experience providing services to children in a school, clinical, or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of elementary school (K-5) developmental needs
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability within diverse school teams
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with teachers and staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and intervention to students with a range of speech and language needs in grades K-5
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams to best support students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district procedures
• Participate in case conferences, progress reviews, and professional development as needed
