With operations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and expansion into new regions, we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale our field operations across multiple markets.This is a key leadership role for an experienced operator who has managed large, complex portfolios and is ready to step into a high-impact position within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations across our accounts, including large-scale, 24/7 facilities such as airports, convention centers, federal military bases, and municipal buildings. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery, managing field leadership, and executing successful mobilization of new contracts.
