Station Performance Manager (AUS)

This role leads the Gateway Facility Administration team and focuses on enhancing employee experience, maintaining accurate personnel data, and ensuring compliance with HR and payroll processes. Job Summary This position leads the Gateway Facility Administration team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives. The role collaborates with corporate HR to maximize the employee experience, lead local initiatives, and foster attendance accountability. Responsibilities Review and audit employee personal data in the timekeeping system for accuracy. Shape employee experience through collaboration with stakeholders regarding attendance and performance. Manage performance evaluations for hourly associates using new hire benchmarks and annual reviews. Manage the gateway matrix to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Audit data flow for onboarding, status changes, and terminations, analyzing data and identifying variances. Coordinate with the recruitment team to maintain consistent new-hire onboarding processes. Manage system access, setup, and reporting, including training new hires on system use. Work with compensation, payroll, and HRIS teams to update systems and maintain consistency with employee data. Supervise the facility administration team to ensure accurate data entry and timely pay. Lead employee accountability discussions for attendance and performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Prior experience leading a team of 3–5 members. Preferred Skills Effective written and verbal communication. Organizational skills. Self‑motivated. Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP. Open to multicultural norms and able to communicate policy and expectations clearly.
