Senior Director, Commercialization FP&A
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Commercialization FP&A to serve as financial business partner for the Global Commercialization organization. The role involves building cross-functional partnerships, managing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support commercial strategy and product launches.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships to embed finance into commercialization decision-making processes
- Develop operating budgets and financial forecasts during planning cycles and launch planning
- Prepare monthly financial management reporting and commercialization P&L reports
- Conduct variance analysis of actuals versus budget and investigate major discrepancies
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects to enable successful product commercialization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 12+ years biopharmaceutical finance/FP&A experience with progressive leadership
- 5+ years managerial experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial systems expertise
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
