Pay & Benefits

• Compensation Rates: Up to $325/hr depending on location and shift
• Additional Benefits: Sign-on bonuses ($8,000$12,000), paid travel expenses, flexible scheduling, supportive clinical environment, comprehensive backup services, and EMR systems including Cerner and Allscripts

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population in fast-paced settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for acute conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document clinical findings accurately in electronic medical records
• Manage patient admissions and coordinate care transitions
• Supervise and support junior staff and leverage your expertise to improve procedures
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols

What You Need

• Valid MD or DO license in the state of practice
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications
• 1-2 years of clinical emergency medicine experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
