Location: Allentown, PA or Hazlet, NJ (3 days/week onsite required)

The Head of Intelligent Delivery Platforms is responsible for leading and operating enterprise product delivery platforms and AI-driven engineering productivity capabilities. This role is instrumental in shifting the organization's focus toward modern, data-driven delivery execution and continuous optimization across the enterprise.
Reporting to senior technology leadership, this individual oversees both the Technology AI Productivity Platform and enterprise delivery management platforms. The Head of Intelligent Delivery Platforms ensures delivery execution is transparent, measurable, and continuously improving-while embedding intelligent capabilities and enabling portfolio-level decision-making.
This leader partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Product, and Business stakeholders to optimize delivery operations and position delivery platforms as a key enterprise accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise delivery management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM).
• Own and evolve the Enterprise AI Engineer Productivity Platform (e.g., HCLTech AI Force).
• Drive proactive identification of delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies through data-driven and AI-assisted insights.
• Ensure delivery data is accurate, reliable, and actionable for teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex delivery metrics into clear, outcome-focused insights for executive decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, Portfolio, and Architecture leaders to align delivery platforms with business objectives.
• Enable consistent delivery execution across various delivery models (product, platform, project, and hybrid).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven feedback loops and experimentation.
• Manage third-party vendors supporting delivery platforms, analytics, and enablement.
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist for intelligent delivery practices, elevating enterprise maturity.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the delivery ecosystem.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, delivery platforms, or enterprise technology transformation.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles owning enterprise delivery systems, platforms, or execution functions.
• Deep experience with delivery management and portfolio tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong familiarity with AI engineering productivity platforms (e.g., Devin.ai, Cursor, or similar).
• Proven understanding of delivery flow, throughput, capacity planning, and predictability at scale.
• Hands-on experience embedding analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights into delivery or operational workflows.
• Strong background in modern software delivery, DevOps, and product operating models.
• Experience building and leveraging delivery metrics, dashboards, and data platforms for executive decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex delivery data into actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation: Up to $225,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
