Identify and nurture the top tier of sales talent—those capable of elite performance. Deliver the talent that drives significant pipeline generation. your typical day includes Following your initial induction, you will focus on the full recruitment lifecycle for elite graduate sales talent: Strategic sourcing: proactively recruiting entry-level candidates to attend our signature assessment days. High-volume screening: conducting telephone interviews to vet for drive, hunger, and sales aptitude. Candidate coaching: providing intensive pre-assessment support to prepare candidates for the rigors of our selection process. Assessment execution: assisting in the running of competency-based assessment days—getting hands-on with preparation, active assessment, and final evaluation to find the very best talent. Feedback: deliver constructive, transparent feedback to ensure the candidates are clear on their areas of improvement. End-to-end management: navigating applicants through the process from the initial application straight through to the hire and beyond. your responsibilities include Manage applicants through the full assessment process, from application straight through to hire and beyond. Proactively recruit entry-level candidates to assessment days. Conduct telephone interviews and provide pre-assessment support. Assist with the running of competency-based assessment days, including preparation, active assessment, and final evaluation to find the very best graduate sales talent. your background No previous experience is required. Self-motivated and determined to launch a corporate career in recruitment sales.
