Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Preston, MN. This role involves working in both home health and skilled nursing facility settings, offering a dynamic and flexible environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to utilize leading charting software including HCHB and NetHealth.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services within both home health and skilled nursing facility settings
Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Document and maintain accurate patient records using provided charting systems
Collaborate with therapy supervisors and other healthcare professionals
Meet productivity expectations of 90% in home health and 85% in skilled nursing facilities

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

Valid Occupational Therapist License
BLS Certification
Flexibility to work in both home health and skilled nursing settings
