As a State Farm Customer Service Representative, you will assist our current customers with policy management as well as support your fellow State Farm team members and the Agent/Owner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Current customer policy management
- Responding to current custome r policy questions
- Adding and making changes to current customer's policies
- Claims assistance
- Billing support
- Underwriting support
- Assisting team members and Agent/Owner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Candidates must have valid Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to employment.
- Automotive and Homeowners insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
- Life and Health insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
- Detail oriented, organized with solid writing, typing, data entry, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
- A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others.
