Your Role The AI‑Driven Sales Conversion Operations Specialist will join the Content Commerce & Conversion Center as a hands‑on individual contributor focused on three core responsibilities: designing and tracking the day‑to‑day sales conversion workflows that move users from content and traffic into qualified leads, pre‑orders, and sales handoffs; running the conversion‑oriented account operations across short‑video, livestream, DM, private‑domain, and email channels; and embedding AI‑driven marketing capabilities into every layer of the funnel so that AI becomes a quantifiable marketing ROI engine, not just an automation utility. Key Responsibilities Design and track day‑to‑day sales conversion workflows that move users from content and traffic into qualified leads, pre‑orders, and sales handoffs. Run conversion‑oriented account operations across short‑video, livestream, DM, private‑domain, and email channels. Embed AI‑driven marketing capabilities into every layer of the funnel to transform AI into a quantifiable marketing ROI engine. Translate AI capabilities into marketing ROI that is reviewable, repeatable, and visible to the CFO. Champion AI‑driven workflow transformation to enhance decision‑making velocity, content quality, and signal‑to‑noise ratio. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Strategy, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in CEO Office, strategy, executive communications, operations, or consulting roles. Exceptional executive‑level writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution. Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, high‑pressure, and confidential environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating conversion‑driven matrix accounts (KOC / dealer / sales‑driven) at scale, including coordinating with external KOC partners or dealer networks. Experience supporting livestream commerce as part of a multi‑person combat unit (host + product expert + DM responder + clip operator). Experience in robotics, automotive, smart hardware, consumer electronics, or other high‑consideration / long‑decision‑cycle categories. Experience building AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Lindy, 11x.ai, or custom) for sales / SDR workflows. Experience operating GEO / AEO (Generative Engine Optimization / Answer Engine Optimization) – making products discoverable inside AI search and assistant answers. Awareness of FTC AI disclosure rules, CAN‑SPAM, CCPA / CPRA in a marketing‑operations context. Pay & Benefits .90,000–.110,000 DOE, plus benefits and incentive plans.
