This role provides the opportunity to work on high‑impact engagements across technical accounting, financial reporting, finance transformation, and transaction‑related projects while partnering with senior finance leaders. Responsibilities Support clients with complex accounting and finance projects, including technical accounting assessments, month‑end close optimization, and financial reporting initiatives Assist with M&A‑related accounting activities, including purchase accounting, integration support, and transaction advisory projects Research and document accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Support implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams to improve reporting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency Prepare technical accounting memos, process documentation, and client deliverables Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring high‑quality deliverables and timelines Qualifications 3–7+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 or national public accounting experience preferred CPA required or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements Experience with technical accounting, SEC reporting, SOX, audit, or finance transformation initiatives Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to work in a client‑facing environment with exposure to senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
