The Role As an Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle while managing relationships and executing searches within one of our specialist practices. You'll identify and engage top‑tier candidates, gather market intelligence, and work closely with senior team members and company founders to support high‑level mandates. Your work will directly contribute to the firm's growth and market presence, reinforcing a community‑driven approach to executive search in the clean energy and infrastructure space. Key Responsibilities Candidate Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage senior passive candidates within clean energy, energy infrastructure, or sustainable technology markets. Lead Generation: Source leads and market intel to support client development and business origination. Search Execution: Deliver high‑quality retained and contingent search processes using best‑practice methodologies. Deal Execution: Assist in structuring and negotiating recruitment deals. Collaboration: Work closely with founders and senior advisors to refine search strategies and approaches. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key market figures to strengthen the company’s network and brand.
