Packers/Warehouse AssociatesOur client, a leading fresh food distribution company based in Honolulu, HI, is seeking two Packers/Warehouse Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience looking to grow in a fast-paced industrial setting. No industrial equipment experience is required.Key Responsibilities:Pack and repack products per specificationsMeasure, weigh, and count products and materialsAssemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand toolsClean containers, materials, and work areas using approved solutions and toolsExamine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are metLoad products into package processing equipmentMark and label containers, tags, or products using marking toolsObtain, move, and sort products, materials, and containers using hand toolsPlace or pour products/materials into containers using hand tools and equipmentRecord product, packaging, and order information on specified formsRemove completed or defective products/materialsSeal containers or materials as neededRequired Qualifications:0-3 years of relevant work experienceAbility to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive motionStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic ability to use hand toolsReliable attendance and punctualityPreferred Qualifications:Prior warehouse, packing, or production experienceExperience working in a food distribution or similar industrial environmentThis is a contract position with an estimated duration based on business needs, totaling approximately 2,080 hours. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week). This role is based on-site in Honolulu, HI, with no travel required. No industrial equipment operation is involved in this position. Two positions are currently available.
