THE ROLE Legends is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead stadium food and beverage operations. This role ensures efficient service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience during all events while maintaining compliance with company policies and health regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all concession operations during eventsRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staffEnsure all stands are properly stocked, staffed, and operationalMonitor sales performance, manage budgets, and control costsOversee inventory management and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulationsMaintain food safety standards and certificationsHandle guest concerns and enhance customer satisfactionCollaborate with marketing teams on promotions and menu offeringsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE      Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred3–5+ years of experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality managementSKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenueKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysCOMPENSATION Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
