Concessions Supervisor

Role Overview The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable, and in‑seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. Responsibilities Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff. Directly manage event‑day staff and interact with customers. Maintain and control high‑volume food and beverage inventory. Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures. Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality. Ensure all cash‑handling procedures are documented and enforced. Interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash‑control procedures. Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, research, and perform reconciliation. Follow safety policies, complete training, encourage team to report unsafe conditions, and report incidents in the company’s risk‑management system. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent time‑management and prioritizing skills. Satisfy state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol‑beverage service. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Fluent in English. Comfortable working in an open‑aired environment under all climate conditions. Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, including stairs/ramps. Willing to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility sufficient for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Practice safe work habits and complete required safety training.
