Job Summary:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for assisting the Manufacturing department by ensuring that inventory supplies are maintained at a level necessary to keep the Company operating on schedule. Responsibilities also include ensuring that material is available to build so product delivery schedules are met.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain accuracy of physical inventory of all raw material, hardware, semi-finished and finished goods inventory counts and location
• Ensure traceability at the bin level and through the ERP system.
• Maintain proper Bin location and identification of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures
• Reconcile physical inventory daily (cycle counts) and to the ERP system and prepare inventory level reports
• Record adjustments to physical inventory and calculated inventory and track product and material using computerized inventory control procedures
• Maintain files of inventory related documentation and enter data into MRP/ERP system
• Perform restocking process and material movement within the manufacturing areas and warehouse as required.
• Ensure timely closure of job order requests
• Carries out day-to-day work following the departments continuous improvement plan
• 3 years of experience working in an aerospace and/or a Manufacturing warehouse
• 2 years in an AS9100 environment.
