Transportation Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Temp Assignment - Approximately 3 - 4 months

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to support freight billing and payment operations. This role focuses heavily on invoice processing, charge verification, and freight settlement posting.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review freight invoices via email
Verify billing charges within internal systems
Create and post freight settlements in SAP
Contest incorrect freight charges with carriers/vendors
Process additional billing through Concur Invoice as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Dress Code: Business Casual
Requirements:

HSD
Strong computer skills
High attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP and Concur Invoice Required
Clear Drug Screen and Background required
