Pricing Analyst

Pricing Analyst – Product Support and Logistics Division Location: Peoria, IL. This role is 1st shift, 100% on‑site with no hybrid or remote options, and requires up to 10% domestic/international travel. Job Summary The Pricing Analyst partners with product, financial, and industry teams to guide the execution of dynamic pricing strategies that align with product and enterprise goals for revenue and profitability. What You Will Do Analyze, interpret, and communicate a wide variety of data (economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, historical forecasted sales, prices, discounts, and price realization) to draw business insights and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability. Develop advanced strategic pricing recommendations for new and existing products and services to drive value‑based pricing. Provide thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of pricing strategies for new and existing products and services. Execute strategic and tactical price action within a robust pricing governance framework to implement future price changes. Data Gathering & Analysis – knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources objectively. Effective Communications – understanding of communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs. Relationship Management – knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Excel Knowledge of QuickBooks Knowledge of NextGen purchasing system Compensation Summary Pay Range: $81,370.00 – $122,060.00.
