Quality Assurance Supervisor

Quality Assurance Supervisor El Paso, TX
Duration: Contract | Shift: 2nd/Night/4th Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Quality activities, compliance programs, and technical staff.
- Train, mentor, and develop Quality personnel.
- Support FDA, ISO, customer, and internal audits.
- Manage Supplier Quality and incoming inspection activities.
- Implement quality best practices and corporate initiatives.
- Support Six Sigma projects and quality improvement programs.
- Partner with the Quality Manager on compliance, safety, and quality goals.
- Manage department resources and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of Quality experience in pharma or medical device manufacturing .
- Experience with Supplier Audits, incoming inspection, and project leadership .
- Strong people-management and development skills.
- Calibration knowledge preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
