Veterinary Technician ( General Practice ) - We are not corporate!

Texas Litter Control is hiring full and part time Vet Technicians for Surgery and/or General Practice. Salary ranges from $17-$30 per hour (dependent on experience and license status). General Practice Technician Description Support GP Veterinarian providing vet exams, diagnostics, and prescriptions/refills. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. Greet customers as they enter the clinic. Answer phones as needed as back up to the call center staff. Book appointments. Print admission forms and answer questions about services and pricing. Fill prescriptions. Perform adoptions on cat/kittens in lobby. Clean cat cages in lobby. Keep lobby clean at all times. Keep storage closet organized. Draw blood, administer fluids, give injections of all types, look at specimens under microscope.
