OB/GYN Opportunity in Pine Bluff, Arkansas | 425K Base + 50K Sign-On

Join an established OB/GYN practice with experienced physicians, strong APRN support, and a stable patient base. With physician tenures ranging from 15 to 30 years, this opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable call, and strong earning potential.

• Join 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part-time GYN physician
• Supported by 3 APRNs
• Approximately 700 deliveries annually
• Da Vinci robotic surgery available
• No abortions performed
• 1:4 weekend call
• 1 weeknight of call per week

• 425,000 base salary based on a 9,000 RVU threshold with a 45 RVU payout
• 50,000 sign-on bonus
• 10,000 relocation assistance
• Student loan repayment and stipend negotiable
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship accepted

• MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Comfort with full-scope OB/GYN care
