Product Owner

Location: Frisco TX (Onsite 100% local to area) Must Have Experience Product Owner 70% Functional & 30% Technical with experience as Scrum Master & UAT hands on. Managing teams on Modify Product working on existing backlogs. Product Owner who understands SAAS solutions & backlogs. Product Owner who will take ownership of Developers working on SAAS backlog. Product Owner with SAAS experience. Product Owner who has managed Scrum meetings, UAT, & Developers working on SAAS backlog. Product Owner will have 4 to 5 direct reports. Drive product success by owning roadmap planning and backlog prioritization, maximizing business value through timely and high-quality delivery of development and maintenance initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA functions to translate requirements into actionable product outcomes. Foster agile execution through effective decision-making, proactive risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Champion innovation, operational excellence, and user‑centric experiences that support HCL Tech long‑term digital transformation goals and measurable business impact. Job Description We are seeking a results‑driven Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and deliver high‑value features aligned with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well‑defined and prioritized user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions. Validate deliverables through UAT and ensure alignment with business expectations. Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and data insights. Act as a bridge between business, technology, and end‑users. Required Skills Strong experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in Agile environments. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product metrics and KPIs. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
