Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, along with our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program groups, fostering connection and growth. Why Join Us? What We’re Looking For Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making. Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC | Dual licensure preferred, LCAS Experience in Substance Use services preferred Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
