Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and evaluate patient status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to their diagnoses and personal goals.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to establish and maintain a holistic treatment plan that encompasses cultural competencies and the specific needs of our clientele.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports using state-of-the-art technology while adhering to departmental procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
