Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-site projects across a national portfolio. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from small site-level initiatives to large-scale programs. The Project Manager will oversee full project lifecycles, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution. The position requires strong coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required / Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of project management experience in multi-site or high-volume environments
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and third-party vendors
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
• End-to-end project coordination (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project budgeting, financial tracking, and profitability management
• Materials planning, logistics coordination, and vendor collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in standard project tracking and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, documentation tools)
