Overview
Registered Nurse – Oncology (Outpatient) Travel Assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. Start date: 07/06/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shifts are daytime, 8-hour blocks, Monday through Friday (schedule currently 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). This travel role is in a hospital-based setting within the oncology outpatient environment. The RN will be primarily engaged in administrative tasks with oncology patients; limited direct medication administration is performed at this location.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within the oncology outpatient clinic, coordinating patient flow, charts, and documentation to support clinicians
- Prepare patient charts and orders for visits, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and manage scheduling and referrals as needed
- Triage patient inquiries and route to appropriate team members; document interactions in the electronic medical record
- Assist with coordination of care, ensuring accurate record-keeping, privacy compliance, and timely follow-up communications
- Perform nursing tasks as appropriate within scope, while noting that medication administration is not performed at this location

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience
- Experience in or familiarity with outpatient oncology settings
- Ability to perform administrative duties and coordinate care; on-site work in Lawrenceville, GA
