## What Does This Head of Growth & Marketing Role Involve?Arcana is a portfolio intelligence platform used by hedge funds and asset managers to analyze performance and risk.We are rebuilding the institutional analytics stack — expanding beyond traditional reporting into AI-enabled investor workflows that support faster, sharper decision-making.We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to define how investment firms globally discover, evaluate, and adopt Arcana as the next generation of portfolio intelligence.This is a senior individual contributor role based in the U.S. (NYC or remote) with global growth ownership, working directly with the founders to shape Arcana’s market presence and long-term strategy.What You’ll OwnArcana’s global growth and marketing strategy end-to-endBrand positioning and storytelling within institutional financeClear, differentiated messaging at the intersection of portfolio analytics and AI-enabled workflowsQualified pipeline generation from hedge funds and asset managers globallyHigh-leverage acquisition channels: outbound, partnerships, events, content, and strategic experimentsMarket feedback loops into Product and LeadershipWho You AreYears of experience matter far less than your ability to generate bold ideas and execute them relentlessly.You bring:High agency and ownership mentalityStrong instinct for positioning and storytellingComfort operating without playbooksAbility to test unconventional ideas and turn them into repeatable growthIntellectual curiosity about the future of AI in institutional investingWe value results, leverage, and execution over credentials.What Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality institutional pipelineA clear and credible Arcana narrative in global marketsRepeatable acquisition channels that compoundStrong brand presence across institutional finance
