General Manager II – Lead Operations and Community Performance

The General Manager II leads the day-to-day operations of the community with full P&L responsibility. This role drives financial performance, sales growth, team development and regulatory compliance while creating a safe, service-focused environment for residents and team members. The General Manager II partners closely with regional leadership to execute operational strategies that maximize occupancy, control expenses and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily community operations with full profit and loss accountability
• Partner with regional leadership to implement sales and operational strategies
• Drive occupancy growth through active sales engagement, tours and outreach
• Manage budgets, expenses, labor planning and capital needs
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing team members
• Monitor quality, compliance and safety standards across the community
• Build strong relationships with families, business partners and local stakeholders
• Maintain high employee engagement and resident satisfaction scores
• Serve as on-call leader and step into operational roles as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years operations management experience (senior living, healthcare, hospitality or related industry)
• Proven success managing financial performance and meeting revenue goals
• Strong leadership, team development and performance management skills
• Sales acumen and customer service focus
• Knowledge of regulatory and facilities management standards
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator's license may be required
• Valid driver's license and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed

Pay Range: 76,544.00 - 105,768.00
