PMO Project Manager

Job Details PMO Project Manager Location: Middletown, PA Duration: 2+ Months (will be extended after the end of Fiscal year) Remote, but requires monthly once visit for one week Candidates living in PA only can apply Job Description Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using PTC or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope. Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Adheres to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts. Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role and assigned by the Commission. Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management. Experience related to Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology. Additional beneficial skills include: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies Skills Management of projects of various size/subject matter, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, risk planning Experience with Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Nice to have) ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules (Nice to have) Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects (Nice to have) #J-18808-Ljbffr
