Join a Growing Team in the Automotive Industry

We're looking for a Claims Representative to join our team and help customers navigate the warranty claims process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers and repair facilities with warranty claims
• Gather and document basic claim information
• Review claims and help determine the appropriate next steps
• Communicate with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams
• Answer questions and provide timely, professional support
• Maintain accurate claim records and follow established processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous claims, customer service, or call center experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle 50+ calls per day
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Automotive or warranty experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual preferred but not required
