THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

THE SERVICE COORDINATOR WILL:

• Coordinate the administrative activities that keep the Service Department operating efficiently, including service reports, customer documentation, billing support, installation paperwork, technician support, and departmental communications.
• Manage installation and service documentation, customer follow-up, warranty administration, and parts and service quote tracking to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.
• Maintain department systems and reporting, including Fluix inspection reporting, COESCO documentation, the Service Scorecard, EOS meeting preparation, and other operational processes that support the success of the Service Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of administrative, customer service, or office coordination experience in a manufacturing, industrial service, or technical environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, field service technicians, and internal departments.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, electronic documentation systems, or service management software is preferred.
• Experience supporting a field service organization, processing purchase orders, warranties, or technical documentation is preferred.Ability to interact with internal employees and customers at all levels of internal and customer organizations
