About the Role: As the Senior Sales Manager , you will oversee the sales function for a growing residential masonry and concrete contractor. This role blends hands‑on sales execution with leadership responsibilities , including training, mentoring, and developing mid‑level sales staff. The primary objective is to maintain and replicate approximately $600K in monthly project sales while implementing systems that improve sales efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
