Job Description Job Title: Physician- Part time Location: Mansfield OH 44905 Shift:2 weekday shifts per week (no evenings, weekends, or holidays). Hours/week: 16-20 Hours/week Duration: Minimum 6-month assignment, with potential for permanent hire if mutually agreed. Position Overview: We are seeking a board-certified physician to provide full-time, on-site primary care services for the male population at Correctional Institute. This role offers a structured schedule, professional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in correctional healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with intra- and interdepartmental staff to administer patient treatment using nationally recognized standards. Document all care and treatment in the electronic health record system. Conduct physical examinations, evaluations, and prepare medical reports. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Manage medications and treatment plans. Complete reclassifications and other reviews as required. Make referrals for specialized care or treatment when indicated. Perform duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and ACA standards. Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities, including peer reviews.
