Government Sales and Customer Service Specialist

TyrrellTech is looking for someone who is good with people and good with details to join our zany team. 

The person in this position would start out by learning the main customer service functions for the company. We are looking for someone who would be willing to learn the inner-workings of order taking, shipping and receiving, and customer service responsibilities. This position will start inside but offers growth potential into our government sales position. The government sales aspect involved specifically supporting government and contractor bids for hardware and consumables. The company is prepared to train a new employee to learn the position and the company’s processes.

This job will include organization, attention to detail, sometimes fast-paced order processing, and multitasking. This employee will be required to keep the office and work area clean, safe and presentable. This position will also involve a close connection with the company’s inventory—counting and maintaining the proper stock of necessary products.

We are looking for someone with organizational skills, good time management, and a conscientious attitude. The proper candidate for this position will be high energy and have good computer skills.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We would prefer that the candidate have a high school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience.
