Are you passionate about all things automotive and looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Marc's Garage is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Cambridge, WI. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services. As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate vehicle inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, suspension systems, heating/AC systems, and electrical components.
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, brake services, tire rotations, and alignments.
Use diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and service manuals to determine repair strategies.

Quality & Safety

Ensure all repairs meet dealership, manufacturer, and industry standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all OSHA, EPA, and shop safety procedures.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.

Customer Service & Documentation

Clearly communicate repair needs and findings to service advisors.
Document all work performed in accordance with shop and manufacturer requirements.
Provide honest, accurate recommendations for preventive maintenance and necessary repairs.

Teamwork & Continuous Learning

Stay current with new automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
Attend required training and certifications as needed.
Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
