Position - Production Technician

Job Location - Waterloo, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am) and 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)


Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $17.50-$22.00 an hour.

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Loads stock/parts into machines either manually of by the means of mechanical lifting devices.

• Maintains part specifications by inspecting with gages and visually; taking measurements; changes offsets to center dimensions to nominal; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; calling for repairs.

• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Related on-the-job experience.

• Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.

• One to two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers.
