What You’ll Do: As an Outside Sales Representative,you’ll meet with homeowners and business owners duringpre-scheduled appointments(plus leads you generate yourself) to diagnose pest, termite, and other various home issues. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting customized solutions that bring real value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines- ensuring clear communication of the benefits and value of the solutions offered Work closely with technicians to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans, providing necessary insights and instructions for successful implementation Serve as a problem solver to identify the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs Proactively identify and cultivate leads through direct outreach, referrals, and participation in community events to expand customer base Build trust by staying current on products, methods, and regulations. Cross-sell services when appropriate by identifying multiple home solution needs. Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional communication and follow-through. Confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers. Self-starter with initiative in managing leads and the overall sales process. Physically able to walk, kneel, climb ladders, and enter crawlspaces. Comfortable handling objections and rejection with a positive attitude. Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Tech-savvy – we’ll train you on our software tools. Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
