A well-regarded skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Respiratory to lead its respiratory care program. Our facility is known for a hands-on, open-door management style and a close-knit team where staff and residents know each other by name — and we're looking for a Director of Respiratory Therapy who wants to build something meaningful here. The Director of Respiratory Therapy (RT) position oversees all respiratory services in a modern, beautifully maintained building located steps from a major medical center. Prior respiratory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is required.

Director of Respiratory Therapy Duties

• Lead and manage the facility's respiratory therapy program and staff

• Oversee respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans for residents

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor equipment, supplies, and quality of respiratory services

Director of Respiratory Therapy Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) — active license/credential

• Respiratory therapy leadership or director-level experience

• Must have respiratory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
