Job Title: Part Time Medical Receptionist
- 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Patient Registration: Welcome patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and accurately update records in the system.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining provider calendars.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures and provide professional customer service to patients and visitors.
- Communication Support: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork, maintain patient files, and assist with general office administration.
- Multi-Site Coverage: Travel between assigned locations to ensure adequate front office coverage and support operational needs.
- Experience: Previous medical receptionist, healthcare administrative, patient services, or front desk experience preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Voorhees, Sewell, and Vineland locations as required.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the organization professionally at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts through mid-December.
