ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building a brand-new agency with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate State Farm, served in ministry, and worked as a State Farm team member. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, developing people, and building meaningful relationships. I'm also the proud father of four young children, and when I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying cars and the automotive community.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active with local schools, participate in and sponsor Cars & Coffee Texas events, and enjoy connecting with people through community activities and outreach.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Bobby Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
