Demand Planner

Title: Demand Planner Ref No: 1520 Location: Remote – Headquarters in Raleigh NC We are currently working with a rapidly growing distribution company to fill a Demand Planner role. This position will own demand forecasting across the business, lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning discussions, and support purchasing and inbound inventory coordination. The company offers opportunities for career advancement as the business continues to grow. Position Description: Maintain a monthly forecast and drive the demand planning process. Help develop and then lead monthly Sales and Marketing S&OP meetings, working with cross-functional teams to align demand expectations and operational plans. Maintain ERP data integrity through data cleansing, validation, and targeted checks. Update and maintain regular KPI reporting. This is a lean team, and this role will provide support to purchasing and scheduling at times. Participate in the financial budgeting process. Background Required: Highly energetic individual with at least 2-4 years finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience. Experience working with long lead times (global imports). Strong Excel skills and experience using Advance Planning Systems (APS). Self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills, personal integrity, and a commitment to teamwork and results.
