Wash Bay Associate
Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-230PM
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Wash Bay Associate to join our team in Spring Valley. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing parts for shipment and production by operating a conveyor washing system, hand drying components, and palletizing finished materials.
This is a straightforward, repetitive position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
Essential Responsibilities- Load parts onto an automated conveyor washing system.
- Remove washed parts from the conveyor and hand dry as needed.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality before palletizing.
- Stack and palletize finished materials according to work instructions.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious mindset.
- Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy parts throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
