Join a growing company as a Customer Service Representative in a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position located in Upper Saddle River (Fully on site). We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance with orders, account details, product questions, and general customer needs.
- Investigate customer concerns and work efficiently to find accurate, timely solutions.
- Enter, maintain, and update customer and order information in internal systems.
- Process customer orders and provide updates regarding products, availability, and order status.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and ensure necessary follow-up is completed.
- Build positive relationships with customers while representing the company in a professional manner.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
