About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to step into the world of Sales Operations—supporting our sales team and playing a key role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly from opportunity to order and beyond. You’ll be at the heart of the action—working across teams, managing key administrative processes, and helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Managing and coordinating customer quotes, orders, and renewals Registering opportunities and ensuring accurate data in Salesforce, validating pricing and working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy Processing orders and ensuring all documentation (POs, pricing, discounts) is correct Supporting license key management and customer communications Following up on renewals and working collaboratively with the sales team, liaising with teams across finance, marketing, and technical delivery Ensuring all systems and records are up to date and aligned What we are looking for Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfortable working with systems (CRM experience is a plus) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively A genuine interest in building a career in Sales Operations or sales Eager to learn and able to travel to Sweden or UK for training and other business needs if and when required Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
