HOW A HELP DESK TECHNICIAN V WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software ● Responsible for training Help Desk Technicians WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ● Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science ● Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience Two certifications are required for the program: 1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert 2. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
