AP Accountant

Accounts Payable Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team! This role will focus on processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense tracking
Support the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all AP transactions

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting experience or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
