- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
- Collaborate with Dietitians and healthcare professions to accommodate residents’ nutritional needs
- Culinary Degree or extensive professional kitchen experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership culinary role
- Strong knowledge of wellness-focused cuisine and specialized dietary accommodations
