Accounting & Operations Manager

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Develop and implement efficient accounting processes to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations. Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes to optimize financial resources effectively. Qualifications: Experience in managing operating and escrow-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proven track record of running AP/AR, commissions, and payroll cycles using QuickBooks. Ability to close out transactions in Brokermint and Dash, ensuring all fees are paid and files are audit-ready. Strong organizational skills to maintain corporate, licensing, and employee records efficiently. Experience coordinating with external CPAs for tax returns and account reconciliations. Ability to oversee vendor and contract administration, including insurance and small contract negotiations. Proficiency in supporting facilities and equipment at a policy level, delegating operational tasks effectively.
