Law Enforcement Officer

Law Enforcement Officer II (Degree) Mission: Serve as a lead officer in the Stone County Parole and Probation office. Responsibilities include patrolling and enforcing laws, assisting in suspect and witness interviews, collaborating with other agencies, testifying in court, and supervising new employees. About the Agency The MS Department of Corrections (MDOC) is committed to integrity, honesty and openness. MDOC recruits candidates who prioritize public safety. What You'll Need to Be Successful Must respect MS State Personnel Board and MDOC rules, regulations, and procedures; maintain safety, security and order; and operate within state and federal law.
